1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and bio provided during registration.
Sports & Health Data: Heart rate, step count, workout duration, calories burned, shot data (forehand, backhand, serve, volley, slice), and training load metrics (TRIMP/CTL/ATL/ACWR) collected via Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Huawei Watch, and other wearable devices.
Location Information: With your permission, we collect your geographic location for nearby player matching and court recommendations. Location data is only accessed while the app is in use and is not continuously tracked in the background.
Usage Data: App usage frequency, feature preferences, search history, device information (OS version, device model), and network logs.
User-Generated Content: Posts, comments, photos, match records, and reviews you share in the community.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
• Smart Player Matching: Recommend suitable playing partners based on your NTRP level, availability, and geographic location using our triple-calibrated matching algorithm.
• AI Coach Analysis: Our dual AI coaches Ace and Match use your sports data to provide personalized training advice, technique analysis, and tactical recommendations.
• Training Plan Generation: Create intelligent training plans and recovery suggestions based on your workout data, goals, and fitness level.
• Nutrition & Recovery Tracking: Provide nutritional and recovery reference suggestions based on your health data.
• Service Improvement: Analyze aggregated usage data to improve product features and user experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Detect and prevent fraudulent activities to maintain platform security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We only share your information in the following circumstances:
• Your Consent: We share data with third parties only with your explicit consent.
• Service Providers: We share necessary information with partners who help us operate our services (e.g., cloud storage providers, payment processors). These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Player Matching: During the matching process, your NTRP level, availability, and approximate location are shown to potential matches, but your exact address is never disclosed.
4. Health Data Protection
We implement special protections for health data:
• Apple HealthKit: Data accessed through HealthKit (heart rate, activity data, etc.) strictly complies with Apple HealthKit guidelines. It will not be used for advertising or data mining, nor sold or disclosed to third parties.
• Google Health Connect: On Android devices, health data accessed through the Health Connect API is similarly protected with strict safeguards.
• On-Device Processing: AI shot recognition on wearable devices runs locally (CoreML/TensorFlow Lite). Raw sensor data is never uploaded to the cloud.
• Minimization Principle: We only collect health data that is necessary to provide our services and do not over-collect.
• Isolated Storage: Health data is stored separately from your account information with additional encryption protection.
5. Data Storage and Security
• Encrypted Transmission: All data transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption protocol.
• Storage Encryption: Personal and health data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 on our servers.
• Access Control: Strict internal access management ensures only authorized personnel can access user data.
• Data Retention: Free users' wearable data is retained for 3 months, Pro users for 12 months, and Elite users indefinitely. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
• Server Location: Data is stored in secure data centers in mainland China, in compliance with Chinese data security regulations.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
• Right to Access: You can view the personal data we collect at any time through the app settings.
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Submit a deletion request via the app settings or by contacting support@meettennis.com.
• Data Export: Elite users can export training data in PDF or CSV format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke permissions for location, health data access, and other permissions at any time in your device settings.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your profile information at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
meettennis is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
If you are a minor under 18, please use this service under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Cookie Policy
Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies to:
• Maintain your login status and preference settings.
• Analyze website traffic and usage patterns to improve our services.
• Provide personalized content recommendations.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

If you access meettennis from outside mainland China, your data may be transferred to servers in mainland China for storage and processing. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
