Welcome to meettennis ("the Platform" or "we"). Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. By using meettennis, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, downloading the app, or accessing and using meettennis services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted in the app and on our website.

2. Account Registration

Account Creation: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information to register a meettennis account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not transfer or share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Information Accuracy: Your registered NTRP level should truthfully reflect your actual tennis skill level. Misrepresenting your level may affect matching quality and violate community guidelines. Account Uniqueness: Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse or circumvent rules is prohibited.

3. Membership & Subscriptions

meettennis offers three membership tiers: FREE: Basic features are free forever, including basic matching, court booking, community access, 10 rounds/day of AI coaching, 3x/month video analysis, and more. PRO: $3.99/month or $34.99/year (save $13), unlocking unlimited AI coaching conversations, unlimited video analysis, 3 active training plans, 5% discount on courts and coaches, and other advanced features. ELITE: $10.99/month or $94.99/year (save $37), includes all Pro benefits plus automatic highlight generation, pre-match tactics, voice conversations, 10% off courts / 15% off coaches, permanent data storage with export, and more. Billing: Subscription fees are charged through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases, following the respective platform's billing rules. Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. After cancellation, benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. We recommend fully understanding the features of each tier before subscribing.

4. User Content

Content Ownership: You retain intellectual property rights to content you post in the meettennis community (posts, photos, comments, reviews, etc.). Content License: By posting content, you grant meettennis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you post. Content must not contain illegal, infringing, false, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory material. Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates community guidelines without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

When using meettennis, you must not: • Post false information or impersonate others. • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. • Use the platform for illegal activities. • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems. • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, etc.) to collect data at scale. • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service. • Use the service for commercial promotion or advertising without our written permission. • Use AI coach outputs for commercial purposes or misrepresent them as professional medical/sports advice. • Repeatedly fail to show up for arranged matches without valid reason. Violations of the above may result in account warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, technology, and software on the meettennis platform (including but not limited to AI models, matching algorithms, interface designs, and brand elements) are the property of meettennis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

AI Coaching Is Not Medical Advice: Training recommendations, workout plans, and health reference information provided by meettennis AI coaches (Ace and Match) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice. Please consult your physician or a qualified sports medicine professional before starting any new exercise program. Exercise Risk: Tennis inherently carries a risk of injury. meettennis is not liable for any injuries you may sustain during physical activity. Please exercise according to your physical condition. Data Accuracy: Data provided by wearable devices (heart rate, shot recognition, etc.) may contain inaccuracies and is for reference only. Do not use it as a basis for medical diagnosis. Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • meettennis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. • The above limitations apply to any cause of action, whether based on contract, tort, or other grounds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10. Dispute Resolution

If the parties cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. During the arbitration proceedings, both parties shall continue to fulfill their obligations under these Terms that are not subject to the dispute.

11. Termination

User Termination: You may delete your account and terminate this agreement at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@meettennis.com. Platform Termination: If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice. Effects of Termination: After account termination, you will no longer be able to access account data, training records, and community content. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Survival: Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of meettennis services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the service and delete your account.
